The mandate of the new owners of this home was to completely renovate it, opening it up to the spectacular ocean and garden views as much as was structurally possible. A clean, contemporary aesthetic was chosen, a large skylight atrium entry was added and a massive stone fireplace was demolished and replaced with a modern see through two storey fireplace/console designed by LP Design with a concrete look Venetian plaster finish.
