This rancher style home was composed of many small rooms and was very dated both inside and out. The new owners wanted to open up the kitchen, dining and living room spaces as one room as they entertained often for large groups and family events where guests typically gathered in the kitchen and cooked together. The design aesthetic was relaxed and simple using performance materials for easy maintenance with touches of whimsical pieces to reflect the clients’ fun loving personalities.
