An older condominium with good bones but many challenges got a total renovation. The original oak parquet flooring was the only thing saved, given new life by sanding and refinishing to it’s natural colour. Hot water heating presented a design challenge for planning a new open kitchen but LP Design created a unique, attractive solution.
